Yes, super girlie cute!! And sassy! Love it! You don't need an intervention yet...after the baby is here is when you'll REALLY need an intervention! LOL! You'll have her on your mind all the time and won't get enough of her!!

Thelma

Hey look, this is the first and only baby quilt I've made,

http://cupcakesndaisies.blogspot.com/2009/09/its-girlquilted.html

Be sure to put minkee on the back! Sara must be going wild with all this adorable baby stuff heading her way!

Great job Grandma!!

Amber

Omg! And I thought my baby was stylish. I love the car seat cover.

Cheryl

no you do NOT need an intervention . . . the very best part of your life is coming with the arrival of a grandchild . . . nothing like their little hugs . . .

my 2 granddaughters are arriving this afternoon from Calif . . . and I am having them all to myself for 2 whole days . . . overnite and all . . . I can't wait . . .

this adorable gift package quilt is on my list too . . . in fact I have the fabric . . .

yes . . . be sure to put the minkee on the back . . . I used it for the first 2 quilts I made each of the girls . . . and when they were tiny they would lay on it and sort of rub their cheeks back and forth . . . then fall off to sleep . . . they loved it . . .

one thing though . . . be sure to wash the minkee first !!

Barbara Anne

How cute!!!! This will be one fun, quick, and adorable quilt to make and won't Sara be thrilled!?!

Thelma's quilt is too cute, too!

I put Minkee on a child's pillow back and, over time, it's been rubbed smooth.

Hugs!

LoriD

Way too cute! yes, an intervention may be necessary! LOL

I am reliving my joy through you....we had one grandchild, a boy first then eight years with none then 2003 we were blessed to have 3 beautiful girls........what fun and they are all so close. We went on to have a boy and a girl 2 years later and now have number 7 a boy on the way........They are the reason for living!!! Continue to have fun and no need for intervention.......

Diane

Believe me, and intervention won't help. There is some latent grandma drive that comes out especially strong with the first grandchild. But, let me warn you, it keeps manifesting itself as more grandkids come along.

Sandy (Strlady)

No intervention needed! You actually need to revel in the joy. Go with all your impulses and enjoy every single minute!!

sillysally

"Hi, my name is Nicole, and I'm a quilter..." Ha! Both of those are just too cute for words. Way to go!

Jean

You have only hit the tip of the iceberg with things you can make for that baby! You are going to have so much fun!!!

Wendy P

When I read your post, I wondered if you'd seen this one: http://quiltsbythesea.blogspot.com/2011/03/baby-quiltsgotta-love-em.html

Cute idea for a baby quilt!

I don't think new Grandmas ever need intervention. Babies need spoiling from grandparents!

Sara

Baby E. is going to be sooo stylish!! Can't wait!!!

Jan

"Baby E?" "Baby E????" What's the "E" stand for ???? You two are going to tell us soon, right???
oh, very cute quilt, too...no intervention necessary!!

Sharon

I think pink and blk must be in the air. I just got one in my studio to quilt and was just looking a someones blog and pnk/blk was predominant. Looks like a fabulous project!

Laura Tawney

This looks like a really fun project and no intervention needed there! Have fun with it and your new grandbaby will be very stylish! you will be in heaven once she makes her arrival:)

Kathleen

Okay....did I miss the post where you say Sara is having a girl??? Love the black and pink combo! We have a new baby coming our way too, but too early to know "what" yet!

Chris

An intervention would be useless-happily there is no cure. I love making quilts for my grandsons and it seems to have rubbed off. When they are over my house and we watch a movie they each pick out a lap quilt and we all snuggle and watch the movie. Bliss. You are in for happy times.

Wendy

I love it!!! Just think one day you'll be able to teach this little sweetie pie to sew with you. For now you've got lots to do to get ready for her :)

ina

lol, I love the zebra stripes! ;0

I made that quilt a couple of years ago...do you think it's quilted yet?? NO! ;0
