My son and his fiance left for Ireland, and for some reason I am exhausted. I have sympathetic jet lag I think. Napped all afternoon yesterday. In fact, my house was full of nappers. Baby E in the bedroom, Grandpa in his chair, Ozzie in his dog bed, and me in the living room. Hope to get my act together and have something interesting to relate tomorrow! Too pooped to do anything today.
Auditioning some pretty fabrics for a project. These are Farmers Market and Urban Cowgirl. They actually look rather cool together! Had trouble getting any good pictures. It is a cold, dark, rainy day here. Hence the heavy napping.
Happy Valentine's Day!
Oh my Nicole, it is so hard to send them off again, isn't it? Enjoy your naps :-)

I do like that Urban Cowgirl! I just may have to purchase some of that. Can't wait to see what you are planning

Ah, a rainy day nap - how delightful for each and everyone who could join in! Cheers for rain in parched California, too!!
Hope the travelers had a safe and pleasant trip back home. How wonderful that you could often put your arms around these two beloved children during their visit.
Those delicious fabrics do play happily together, don't they? Whatever shall you make with them??
I am contemplating what I'll be working on today, a UFO, a new wall hanging with pansy fabrics, or the first applique block from the 1997 Piecemaker's cottage calender ... stay tuned.
Hugs!

Very nice mix of fabric and colors. How could it not be, since you chose them? Naps on rainy days under a cozy quilt - a perfect day.

What a nice collection of prints and colors, this is going to make a very nice piece. Naps are great, they don't happen often enough!
