Posh Baskets finished June 6,2008. Inspired by the book Basket Bonanza by Nancy Mahoney. Made with Posh by Chez Moi for Moda.
Farmer's Daughter was finished on June 13, 2008. It was made from a pattern called Autumn Ridge, in the book The Best of Black Mountain by Teri Christopherson. The fabrics are from my scrap basket in shades of red, gold, yellow, green and purple.
Not Vanilla Latte was finished on June 20, 2008. It was made with a layer cake of mostly At Water's Edge fabric (Blackbird Designs for Moda). The pattern was from "The Sweet Life", a book by Heather Mulder-Petersen and was called Citrus Punch.
Garden Fence was made from a pattern by the same name in the book Hearth and Home Quilts by Joanna Figuera and Lisa Quan. I used fabrics from my stash and tried my hand at invisible machine applique. Finished Friday, June 27, 2008.
Roman Holiday was made from a pattern called Opening Day by Carrie Nelson of Miss Rosie's Quilt Co. I used a fabric group called Roman Holiday by 3 Sisters for Moda. Finished July 4, 2008.
Blended Log Cabin was completed July 10, 2009. From the book Floral Bouquet Quilts by Sharon Evans Yenter for In The Beginning. The pattern is called Log Cabin Garden. Fabrics were from my stash, except for the border fabric which was designed by Alex Anderson for P&B "Redwork Romance".
The pattern is Coventry, from the book Comfort & Joy by Brenda Riddle. I used one layer cake of the fabric group "Peace On Earth" by 3 Sisters for Moda. The background is Kona White and the red in the checkerboard borders is a Moda Marbles.
This was made from a pattern called Jelly Roll Junction from the book On A Roll by Heather Mulder Petersen, using two jelly rolls of Madeira by Blackbird Designs for Moda.
