Sounds like you have a great week or so ahead...give Mickey a hug from me ;D

I think the dogs are getting the better deal. . .How great for them. Couldn't help but notice the zebra. . .we're going to be foster parents to one this spring. . .people bring these animals into the country and then decide they're too much work. . .so we take them in until they can be moved to a larger refuge. . .it goes a little something like this. . .3 cows, 1 pig, 12 chickens and a zebra! Enjoy your vacation!

Have a wonderful vacation...can't wait to hear about Ozzie and Sophie's Safari.

Oh boy! Sophie would love this--if Vann and I stayed with her. Otherwise, no way. Have fun on your vacation.

Sharon

Oh no those dogs are not spoiled. lolol Madeline is going to be sooo jealous. Do not show her that photo of the dogs lounging in the beds. lololol
Have fun in my area. The weather is beautiful!

You have to try IL Farro at the Newport Pier. It is super delicious! A locals favorite. Have fun! (Our beach house is at 10th and Balboa. and has a big yellow sun over the door...have a blast! Pam in Chico

I hope your having a wonderful time on vacation. Your hubby sounds like me...every time we go anywhere overnight or longer, I spend 15 minutes hugging, crying and giving my little furry ladies last minute instructions. The kennel you left them at looks very nice but be careful when you pick them up. Make sure you get your dogs back and don't end up trying to put a camel in your car, LOL

niki

What fun -- do they board people?
I also wanted to use this opportunity to thank you. I don't remember when, but you posted a dinner party you had (perhaps Thanksgiving) where you used a black/white/yellow color scheme. Well, I thought it was so great that I adapted it for Spring in Illinois. I went to one of my favorite design studios three weeks ago, and there it was. You are definitely a trend-setter.

Jean

Gosh, I would want to stay there!

We did this, too, a couple of years ago when we went to Disney. It broke my heart to leave them, but the place was well run, clean, had the webcam, etc., etc., and it all went well, except Pippin refused to eat. They had to give him something medically because he refused to eat...when we returned he was very much thinner and it broke my heart. I haven't done it sense as he is just so attached to us that he didn't care to even eat when we went away.
