What a delightful surprise this Peace on Earth sampler quilt must have been when you found it! Rather than give it away, perhaps some beloved family member needs a beautiful Christmas quilt??

Cheers for driving adventures that end up with such a perfect destination as that restaurant y'all found!! Hope you remember how you got there in case you want to go again.

I'm about to sew the pieced border together for Brian's star quilt - all in the same century says this slow-poke quiltmaker.

What a great surprise to find those blocks and this would be a really nice finish for this year. Looks like you will have it done in no time at all....very pretty blocks so can't wait to see.

Great blocks and I'm sure the finished quilt will be stunning!

that quilt is gorgeous!!! i have a plastic bin filled with finished blocks for at least 10 quilts. they just need to be sewn together or sashing and then sewn...really. #ihaveaproblem #quiltersadhd ;p

Beautiful quilt! You take the most wonderful "side trips!"

Great find--could lead to great finish

Some time with your husband & some time in your sewing room! The week-end sounds just about perfect!

That was one of my favorite collections for some time...your quilt will look great!
