I love the sense of completion! I found a new quilter last fall, and I'm taking her my first quilt top next week. I'm going to start tackling my stack of unfinished tops and hope to be where you are before long.

You’re making good progress getting the bindings machine sewn on. I sew the corners down first then tackle the sides. Years ago an experienced quilter told me to sew the corners first to avoid ‘bunching’. Works for me! Have a nice weekend!

I don’t mind binding but my fingers get sore. I give myself four days of grace for each binding.

You go Girl! Won't you feel virtuous when all that binding is done? I better prepare myself for some binding. I have tons to do and Sunday will be full of football. Two birds with one stone??

I'm the only one in my little quilting group that sews the binding on the back by hand. I find it really relaxing and enjoyable. I like your little heart table topper.

Very inspiring…all those finishes!

Does your longarm quilter offer the service of attaching the binding to the front of the quilt while it's on the longarm? I love doing my bindings this way, it's so much easier and the results are just as nice!

I was just thinking that I can't wait to see that quilt on the top of the stack! I also need to get a few (ahem) bindings sewn down. They sure pile up quickly.

lil ❤️ tablerunner?
