I ordered a Cute Cut from your recommendation in a previous post. Looking forward to using it.

Oh NO! Poor Ozzie!! If I lived closer I would have taken that poor baby for you and loved on him while you were gone. Terriorist antics and all!! Our wires both loved going to "summer camp" but it was a small hobby farm that our veterinarian had bought to create a boarding place. They really made it a point to understand each dog - especially whether they liked play time with other dogs or just by themselves. Par usual with wire foxes, ours loved to bite at the sprinklers. It was a cooking hot summer, so it was running often. They took a video of Bentley just having a grand time with the oscillating sprinkler and posted it online. He became the dog in their banner picture of their business. He enjoyed going there but also was SO happy to come home. Not always excited to see us, but obviously craving some quieter rest!!! Glad Ozzie is eating again and following his mommy around!! And happy you are finding some sewing mojo again!!

It sounds like you’re recovering well from the jet lag after your wonderful adventure. Hopefully Archie will be back to normal soon, too.
Jubilee is a beautiful quilt, it’s going to be great having another finish. Take care!

Hopefully Archie will get back to his old self. We are fortunate to have a place to board our Foxie, Cosmo, that he loves. One time I picked him up and he tried to go back in! And I think I bought those Cute Cuts a while ago on your recommendation. I have quite a few different sizes.

Happy to see that you're back to sewing up a mild storm! I ordered a Cute Cuts & was pleased with the results when I used it. Poor Archie. He sure must have missed his people. Good that Eva could spend some one-on-one time with him.

poor guy. our last dog struggled with us being gone even though I paid someone(she really liked) to stay at our house while we were gone. she was a very sensitive dog and very clingy with me.

Glad to see you are recovering from your jet lag. You’re going great guns with your quilts. You’ll have a couple of finishes in no time, which will feel good.
I hope Archie recovers quickly!

Suzanne

Try Archie with house /dog sitter, one that stays at your place. Sounds like you may have time to trial them if you go away overnight then move onto the next one. You never know
