Sara also did an interview on YouTube with her brother Ahren, so if you'd be interested in seeing him and hearing about his love of science fiction, be sure to tune in. He is very energetic and full of great enthusiasm for his subject. After I watched the two of them together I was so proud. I told my husband "I did that! I made them! I created two book lovers! My mission in life is complete."

This is my stack of books purchased while we were on vacation. I was lucky to find a couple of author-signed copies!


Over the weekend, I got my Mercantile blocks trimmed and I am ready to sew the Jubilee blocks together. We had a very relaxing weekend and think we have recovered both from jet lag and the colds we brought home with us. Hope you had a lovely weekend as well.

I listened to your first broadcast on the podcast right after you mentioned it in your blog. I bet you have many listeners just like you have many blog readers but we don’t always post a comment or hit the like button. It’s been an relaxing 3 day weekend.
